When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped via USPS and ship within 2-4 business days if we have the item in stock and can take an additional 5-7 days to arrive.  You will receive an email confirmation when your package has shipped. Please note that our shipping department is closed Saturday and Sunday. If you choose in-store pickup, those orders take at least 3 business days to process and arrive at your pickup location. 

What shipping methods are available?

We ship via USPS Ground. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. 

How do I return/exchange my purchase?

Not happy with your item? Want to swap it out? No problem! We want you to be happy with your JainyLane purchase and we stand by our goods. We offer 15-day returns on all new condition products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, ship it to us at the address below with a note inside letting us know (1) if you want to return or exchange the item, and (2) if you want to exchange it, what item you'd like in return.

Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable, that is to say that you’ll need to pay for the postage back to our place, but we’ll cover the shipping back to your place for the exchange. See, we’re all about fairness here. If you request a refund rather than an exchange, we’ll refund the cost of the product(s) but not shipping costs. If the item you received is damaged, please call us at 605-214-5474 or email us at [email protected] and we'll ship you a replacement item.

I sent my order back for return/exchange. When can I expect to see my new product or money refunded?

Please allow up to 3 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. Once we have received your return, you can expect a refund within 5 business days. If you requested an exchange, it can take up 10 business days after we receive your return for the new item to ship.

My item is damaged? What do I do?

If your items has been damaged during shipping, please send a photograph of the damaged item to [email protected] with the subject line DAMAGED ITEM within 7 days to report the damaged item and begin the refund or replacement process.

If you have requested a replacement item, item must be in-stock to fulfill the order. If item is out of stock, JainyLane will work with you to find a replacement item or refund your money. If you choose to be refunded, please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
